Bell-Con surveys every site before recommending equipment. We verify gate weight and balance, headroom clearance, cable routing, and power supply adequacy as standard practice — not optional extras. We conduct a site assessment before any motor is ordered, ensuring the selected operator is correctly rated for your specific conditions.
Every installation includes safety beam fitment, limit switch calibration, and a full open/close cycle test under load before handover. We also commission remote controls, keypad access, or access controller integration as part of the same job — so your entry point is fully operational from day one.

Garage Door Automation

Garage door automation is frequently under-specified — motors selected without regard to door weight, spring balance, or headroom clearance result in premature wear and call-outs. Bell-Con surveys your door type and condition before recommending an operator, and we carry out any necessary door maintenance before the motor is fitted.
We install sectional and tip-up door operators for residential garages and higher-duty operators for commercial or multi-door applications. Installations include travel limit setup, obstacle detection, and remote pairing — and are tested under full operating conditions before sign-off.

Electric Fencing
Perimeter protection that deters, detects, and complies.
An electric fence is a deterrent and a detection system — it must energise reliably, alarm on tampering, and meet applicable safety and compliance requirements. Bell-Con designs and installs electric fence systems for residential, commercial, and industrial perimeters using properly rated energisers and correctly tensioned wire runs.
We integrate electric fencing with your alarm panel so that a fence tamper event triggers a monitored zone response — not just a beeper on the energiser. All installations are earthed correctly, tested under load, and supplied with a compliance certificate where required by your body corporate or insurer.
